63mn rapid forging hydraulic unit, the core equipment of "6300t NC hydraulic automation production line", is designed by Lanshi Research Institute and manufactured by Lanshi Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. The unit is the largest forging equipment manufactured by Lanshi at present. Some key technical parameters exceed the forging hydraulic press of the same specification. It is the first large-scale fast forging hydraulic unit with two column up pressing main engine in plate welding structure in China. It takes only one year from design, manufacturing to installation. It is the project with the fastest delivery speed and the shortest cycle of Lanshi large fast forging press.
The imported equipment will greatly improve the company's production capacity and strengthen the production and processing of the company's super large products.
