Filtration principle:
titanium filter plate is a titanium porous filter material made by powder metallurgy. Its internal pores are curved and crisscross, with uniform pore size distribution. The filtration mechanism is typical deep filtration.
Main performance:
1. Uniform pore size, stable pore shape and high separation efficiency.
2. High porosity, low filtration resistance and high permeability efficiency.
3. High temperature resistance, can be used normally below 250 ℃.
4. Good chemical stability, acid and alkali corrosion resistance (ph2-12) and oxidation resistance.
5. No particles fall off, no secondary pollution of stock solution, and meet the requirements of food hygiene and pharmaceutical GMP.
6. Good mechanical performance, low differential pressure, large flow, pressure filtration and suction filtration, simple operation.
7. It has strong anti microbial ability and does not interact with microorganisms.
8. It can be regenerated online, easy to clean, and has a long service life (generally several times that of the membrane filter element).
9. The forming process is good, and the overall non welding length can reach 1000mm.
10. It is non-magnetic, non-toxic, and has good compatibility with human tissue and blood. It is widely used in pharmaceutical industry and food industry.
