Integral flange is a kind of flange connection. It also belongs to a kind of steel pipe flange with neck butt welding.

Common integral titanium flanges include flat welding titanium flange and butt welding titanium flange. The flat welding flange has poor rigidity and is suitable for occasions with pressure P ≤ 4MPa; Butt welding flange, also known as high neck flange, has high rigidity and is suitable for occasions with high pressure and temperature.

In flange type, an "IF" is used to represent the type of integral flange. Generally, it is raised surface (RF). If it is used under flammable, explosive, high and extremely hazardous conditions, the sealing surface of convex concave surface (MFM) and tenon groove surface (TG) other than RF surface can be selected.

Integral titanium flange has 6 pressure classes. Class 150; Class 300； Class 600； Class 900； Class 1500； Class 2500。

How to distinguish the integral titanium flange and neck butt welding titanium flange?

Both the neck butt welding titanium flange and the integral titanium flange adopt the butt welding method, and both have a long neck. In terms of appearance, the integral titanium flange pipe end is thicker than the butt welded titanium flange pipe end, and the internal diameter of the integral flange is the same as the nominal diameter except for PN1.6MPa and dn450. The neck height of the integral flange is higher, and the thickness of the wall thickness is also relatively thick. It can be clearly seen from the reference standard of the flange with neck. In terms of application, the integral titanium flange is the flange connected with the equipment, such as the flange on the valve. This flange is integral with the valve and is not connected by welding. Integral titanium flange is mostly used in equipment manufacturing and is hardly used in pipeline design. The neck butt welding titanium flange is used when connecting with valves, pumps and other equipment. If it is welded to the pipeline, its tail interface size is consistent with the outer diameter and wall thickness of the corresponding pipeline, so it can be directly butt welded.
