Production Introduction


Flange, also known as flange plate or flange. Flanges are parts connecting shafts, which are used to connect pipe ends; It is also used for flanges on the inlet and outlet of equipment, which are used for connection between two equipment, such as reducer flange. Flange connection or flange joint refers to the detachable connection of flange, gasket and bolt as a group of combined sealing structures. 


The pipe flange refers to the flange used for piping in the pipeline device, and the inlet and outlet flanges of the equipment when used on the equipment. There are holes on the flange, and the bolts make the two flanges tightly connected. The flanges are sealed with gaskets. Flanges are threaded (threaded), welded and clamped. Flanges are used in pairs, screw flanges can be used for low pressure pipelines, and welding flanges can be used for pressure above 4 kg. Add a gasket between the two flanges and fasten them with bolts. 


Flanges with different pressures have different thicknesses, and they use different bolts. When pumps and valves are connected with pipes, parts of these equipment are also made into corresponding flange shapes, also known as flange connection. All connecting parts that are closed at the same time by bolt connection around two planes are generally called "flanges", such as the connection of ventilation pipes. Such parts can be called "flange parts". However, this connection is only a part of the equipment, such as the connection between the flange and the water pump, so it is not good to call the water pump a "flange part". Smaller, such as valves, can be called "flange parts".

Connection mode


Flange connection is to fix two pipes, pipe fittings or equipment on one flange plate respectively, add flange gaskets between the two flanges, and fasten them together with bolts to complete the connection. Some pipe fittings and equipment have their own flanges, which also belong to flange connection. Flange connection is an important connection method for pipeline construction. Flange connection is easy to use and can withstand large pressure. In the industrial pipeline, in the family, the pipe diameter is small, and it is low pressure, and no flange connection can be seen. If you are in a boiler room or production site, there are flanged pipes and equipment everywhere.


Titanium flange is a part made of non-ferrous metal titanium or titanium alloy to connect pipes with each other, which is connected to the pipe end.


The titanium flange has holes, and the bolts make the two flanges tightly connected. The flanges are sealed with gaskets. Flanged pipe fittings refer to pipe fittings with flanges (lugs or adapters).

It can be cast (not shown in the figure), threaded connection or welding. Flange, joint consists of a pair of flanges, a gasket and several bolts and nuts. The gasket is placed between the two flange sealing surfaces. After the nut is tightened, the specific pressure on the gasket surface reaches a certain value, which will cause deformation, and fill the uneven places on the sealing surface to make the connection tight.
