1. The ingots used for the production and processing of materials shall be melted in vacuum consumable electric arc furnace or EB furnace plus vacuum consumable electric arc furnace, and the melting times shall not be less than twice.

Metallographic structure: the grain size of pure titanium shall not be less than grade 5, and Gr.5 titanium alloy shall comply with A1-A9

Surface: black leather surface, polished surface, polished surface (H11, H9, H8)

1.The chemical composition of the product complies with ASTM B67/136 standard, the content of H in pure titanium, Gr.5 and 6Al4V ELI shall not be greater than 0.010%. When the demander rechecks, the allowable deviation of chemical composition shall comply with GB / t3620 2.

2. The overall dimension and allowable deviation product dimension shall be measured with measuring tools with corresponding accuracy, and the positive and negative tolerance shall be guaranteed according to the customer's requirements.

The inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of ASTM B67/136 standar. Cracks, pores, metal or non-metallic inclusions and other visual defects are not allowed on the transverse low magnification of medical titanium rod and medical titanium alloy rod. In the annealing state, the transverse microstructure of pure titanium rod shall be uniform, and the grain size shall not be thicker than grade 5. The macrostructure of medical titanium alloy rod in annealed state shall comply with A1 ~ A9.
