The processing flow of titanium alloy rod from sponge titanium to blank is as follows:
1) Pressing the electrode, pressing the sponge titanium through the press to form a dense sponge titanium pressing block electrode;
2) Vacuum melting and casting: vacuum melting and casting the sponge titanium pressed block electrode three times under the conditions of 1700 ~ 1800 ℃ and - 103pa;
3) The billet is opened by an oil press at 1000 ℃ and finally pressed into a square billet;
4) For the first rolling, the cylindrical blank is initially rolled by the rolling mill at 970 ~ 980 ℃;
5) For the second rolling, the blank is rolled by rolling mill at 950 ℃.
