After improving the technology, titanium dioxide manufacturers have prepared battery grade ferrous oxalate with titanium dioxide by-products as raw materials through impurity removal, precipitation and conversion reaction. On the one hand, it solves the problems of waste and pollution of titanium dioxide by-products, and even needs to be treated at cost; It can also "turn waste into treasure" to produce lithium iron phosphate, the current popular cathode raw material of lithium battery, forming a new profit growth point for the company.
Among them, the annual output of 300000 tons of recycled titanium dioxide deep processing project, with a total investment of 978 million yuan, is a combination of 100000 tons of titanium dioxide crude products in phase I and 200000 tons of titanium dioxide crude products in phase II. Relying on the waste and by-products of Baiyin local and surrounding enterprises, it integrates with each other, serves as raw materials and turns waste into treasure, realizes the whole industrial chain of titanium dioxide production, and will become the largest titanium dioxide monomer factory in the world.
