Gr 5 titanium reducer, is one of the titanium alloyed chemical pipe fittings, which is used for the connection of two different pipe diameters. It is also divided into concentric reducer and eccentric reducer.

Manufacturing method

The roundness of the Gr 5 titanium reducer shall not be greater than 1% of the outer diameter of the corresponding end, and the allowable deviation shall be ± 3mm. The materials of reducer shall comply with American Standard ASTM A106 / A53 GRB, API 5L, apt5ct, ASTM A105, ASTM a234, ASTM A106,ASTM B363, ASME SB363,DIN German standards and customer requirements standards
