1. Gr1 titanium coiled sheet has plasticity. The elongation of high-purity titanium can reach 50-60% and the reduction of area can reach 70-80%, but it has low strength and is not suitable for structural material. The existence of impurities in titanium has a great impact on its mechanical properties, especially the interstitial impurities (oxygen, nitrogen and carbon) can greatly improve the strength of titanium and significantly reduce its plasticity. The good mechanical properties of titanium as a structural material are achieved by strictly controlling the appropriate impurity content and adding alloy elements.

Gr1 titanium coiled sheet has high precision and good finish, and the surface is not allowed to have dark and local water marks; No scratches, indentations, pits, cracks, peeling, scale, folding, delamination, metal and non-metal clips, alkali washing marks and other defects. Surface finish: clean, dust-free, better corrosion resistance and service life. Better elongation and strength properties, no deformation after high temperature, no crack after flattening and bending. Tensile strength test, flattening test, hardness test, chemical composition test, high temperature tensile test, room temperature tensile test, bending performance test.

Gr1 titanium coiled sheet is mainly used in high-tech fields such as large civil aircraft, military aircraft, aerospace vehicles, nuclear submarines and nuclear power plants.

The production process of titanium foil roll cold rolling is as follows:

hot rolled coil → hot rolled coil splicing welding, lead link → annealing → pickling → surface grinding → rolling → cleaning → vacuum annealing → leveling, tension straightening → finishing → packaging
