Titanium straight wire, is commonly used in three grades: Gr.1, Gr.2 and Gr.5. It is drawn into coil wire, and then straightened one by one with a straightening machine, generally within 1.5m. The longer it exceeds this size, the worse the straightening effect will be. Because the straightening machine rotates at high speed, there will be a swing action after it comes out. The longer it is, the greater the swing range will be, and the worse the straightening effect will be. Grade 2 titanium straight wire is generally divided into two types: titanium acid washing wire and titanium bright wire. Generally used in machinery, medical, light industry, electronics and other industries.

Advantages:

1) Non magnetic (magnetic susceptibility 3.2) × 10 ^ (- 6)) non toxic;

2) Good heat resistance (melting point 1668 ± 4 ℃, boiling point 3535 ℃) and good low temperature resistance (maintain good ductility and toughness at - 196-253 ℃ to avoid cold brittleness of metal. It is an ideal material for low temperature containers, storage tanks and other equipment);

3) Corrosion resistance: titanium is not corroded in seawater, wet chlorine, chlorite and hypochlorite solution, nitric acid, chromic acid, metal chloride, sulfide and organic acid.
