CNC titanium electrodes are mainly used in aerospace, shipbuilding, automotive, medical and other industries, and are the key applicable equipment urgently needed in the above fields. The product has passed the inspection of the national authorized testing agency, and has been proved by the user that the equipment runs stably and works reliably.
A complete set of equipment for heavy-duty CNC titanium electrode preparation hydraulic press is a new product developed recently. The CNC titanium electrode consists of a host, a variety of automatic supporting systems and its molds. The main machine is mainly composed of the press body, hydraulic system and electrical control system, which is used for pressing and forming of various specifications of titanium electrode blocks; the automatic supporting system is mainly composed of a feeding system, a pushing system and a turning system, etc. The bulk material is fed, and a certain number of electrode blocks are integrated into cylindrical electrodes of different specifications, sent to the next electrode welding system, and finally refined into titanium alloys in the vacuum area.
The new product is a complete set of equipment consisting of a heavy-duty combined frame-type pressing center, a pressing die, an automatic metering and automatic transmission system for titanium powder and products; a central control system suitable for a complete set of equipment for titanium electrode preparation hydraulic presses has been developed. The interface is connected by Profibus bus, and has many functions such as automatic collection of information under various working conditions, real-time processing, evaluation and decision-making, and control result verification. Optimal design of complete sets of equipment; establishment of parameter database for different process requirements of parts, to achieve flexible control of the production process.
