In this project, 4 kinds of CNC titanium electrode pressing dies were developed. Through the coupled analysis of the press-mold-product, the optimal matching of the mold and the press structure was studied, and the pressing of various specifications of electrodes was realized.


The project also developed a numerical control system that collects information through sensors such as displacement and pressure of each system, and is monitored in real time by the management. Based on a computer platform, data sharing is realized through Ethernet.


Through the implementation of this project, an industry-university-research joint development platform has been established for the development and application of key components of titanium electrode preparation equipment. It can be considered that "the hydraulic press has advanced structure, high precision of the whole machine, and its specifications and performance have reached the international advanced level."
