Ti Gr7 titanium plate is durable, and the oxidized film on the surface is equivalent to a good durable hair separation agent. The service life of Ti Gr7 titanium plate is less than three times that of copper plate, and can reach 10 to 20 years according to operating conditions.
The electrolytic copper prepared from Ti Gr7 titanium plate has dense crystal structure, flat and smooth surface and good quality.
Since Ti Gr7 titanium plate does not need to be coated with separation agent, the pollution of copper electrolyte can be avoided.
