Main composition: titanium (TI) residue, 0.12 ≤ palladium (PD) ≤ 0.25. Nitrogen (n) ≤ 0.03, carbon (c) ≤ 0.08, hydrogen (H) ≤ 0.013,Iron (FE) ≤ 0.250, oxygen (o) ≤ 0.15
Physical properties: density 4.51g/cm3, grain size 6.0-7.0
Mechanical property: tensile strength: 270MPa ≥ σ B ≤ 410mpa, yield strength σ B ≥ 165mpa: elongation: δ ≥27%
Gr.11 titanium plate also called titanium palladium alloy plate due to it’s palladium alloy,it has very good corrosion resistance character.

Corrosion resistance:
Gr.11 titanium plate has strong corrosion resistance in many media, especially in neutral and oxidizing media. It can also be used in some dilute reducing acids, such as nitric acid with various concentrations from normal temperature to boiling point. It has good corrosion resistance to most alkali solutions, such as saturated solutions of barium hydroxide, calcium hydroxide and magnesium hydroxide at room temperature, but it can not be used for boiling sodium hydroxide solution.

Material description

Gr.11 reduces the content of iron and oxygen on the basis of gr.7, which makes the ductility of the material better and is conducive to the pressing of heat exchanger plates.
